AT&T gets WP8 Samsung ATIV S Neo

Samsung and AT&T announced the ATIV S Neo smartphone with Windows Phone 8 on board. The LTE handset will hit the carrier’s shelves on November 8 for $99.99 with a two-year contract, or $21 per month with AT&T Next.

White Nexus 5 official shot surfaces

NTT DoMoCo Also Announces The Samsung Galaxy J As Part Of Their Winter Lineup

In addition to the shrunken hero (the Xperia Z1 f) from Sony, NTT DoCoMo also announced the inclusion of Samsung's new and exclusive Galaxy J as part of their Winter line up. Described as the love child of the Note 3 and the Galaxy S4 by many, the Galaxy J is surely an interesting Smartphone.

Today is certainly a very exciting world for the technology community, in addition to being a major milestone in Smartphone development. Samsung has announced the world's first phone with a flexible display. Dubbed the Galaxy Round, the handset will go on sale in South Korea starting October 10th.

Samsung NX3000M Mirrorless Camera Gets 180-Degree Display

One issue that many people have with their photo cameras is that it's not easy to take self-shots, not when you can't see what you're pointing the camera at, exactly. So Samsung decided to make the NX300M camera immune to that issue.

Samsung showcases 13MP camera module with OIS

Samsung skipped optical image stabilization (OIS) on both its high-profile phones this year (Galaxy S4 and Note 3), while competitors HTC and LG both count on that to gain an edge. Samsung is working on an OIS-enabled camera though, the company demonstrated a 13MP camera module with OIS and improved low-light performance compared to current models.

Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition launches in the US on October 10

Announced at the beginning of the month – alongside the Note 3 – the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 Edition will be released in the US on October 10. Customers will be able to find it at Samsung Experience Shops, Samsung.com, Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, PC Richard & Son, Tiger Direct, Fry’s, and other retailers. Pre-orders will start tomorrow, September 27.

Samsung exec: Galaxy Gear support coming to Galaxy S4 next month

Right now if you want to use Samsung's new smartwatch, the Galaxy Gear, you'll need a Galaxy Note 3 or Galaxy Tab 10.1 2014 Edition to go with it. That's because only those devices feature the built-in "Gear Manager" app that links with the watch. However, at the announcement event in Berlin earlier this month Samsung mentioned that other devices would be updated with Gear support in the future, and it seems we now have a rough timetable for that process.

Samsung Curved OLED Smartphone Headed for October Launch

Samsung is readying a new premium smartphone this October, that's disruptive to 5-inch class smartphones, and 6-inch class phablets. Codenamed "Youm", this smartphone could integrate a never before seen curved glass display, and exotic construction. Earlier, it was reported that this could be the 5.5-inch Galaxy Note 3 variant with curved display.

Samsung Electronics announced its new advanced pixel technology for CMOS image sensors, ISOCELL. This new technology substantially increases light sensitivity and effectively controls the absorption of electrons, resulting in higher color fidelity even in poor lighting conditions. ISOCELL improves the image quality and enhances the user experience of premium smartphones and tablets that integrate sensors with this exciting new technology.

Samsung SmartCam HD PRO WiFi IP unveiled with ultra-wide lens

Samsung Techwin, maker of security and surveillance devices, has unveiled the SmartCam HD PRO, a WiFi IP surveillance camera offering 1080p Full HD video recording and a 128-degree ultra-wide-angle lens. With the SmartCam HD, users will be able to remotely monitor various premises with a mobile device via an Android and iOS app.

New Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and Note 10.1 2014 Edition announced

Samsung has finally announced the long-rumored Galaxy Note III – but it’s calling it Note 3 (not a big difference anyway). Alongside the Note 3, the South Korean company has also unveiled a new Note 10.1 tablet. Those who’ve been expecting the larger Note 12.2 will have to wait a bit longer.
